2. Services
We provide online academic tuition sessions, mentoring and educational support. All sessions are tailored to individual student needs and booked in advance.

3. Bookings and Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance via email, phone, or our website (if applicable). Payment must be made in full prior to the session. Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. In the rare event that we must cancel a session, we will offer to reschedule or refund you in full.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and truthful contact and student information. You must ensure a suitable environment for online sessions (e.g., a quiet, stable internet connection). Abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination of service with no refund.

6. Intellectual Property
All materials, lesson content, and resources provided by ConnectEd are the intellectual property of ConnectEd and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
ConnectEd is not liable for: Any technical difficulties during online sessions caused by the user’s device or internet, any exam results or academic outcomes (we aim to support, not guarantee results), any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss related to our services.

8. Privacy
We only collect your name, email, and phone number for the purposes of contacting you about our services. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
