At ConnectEd, we aim to provide high-quality, personalised tuition. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when booking and cancelling sessions with us.
1. Payment Terms
All tuition sessions must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. We accept payments via Bank transfer.

2. Cancellations by the Client
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows (failing to attend without notice) are also non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

3. Cancellations by ConnectEd
If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the session at a time that suits you

4. Technical Issues
If a session is disrupted due to ConnectEd’s technical fault, we will reschedule or refund the session. If the disruption is due to the student’s connection or device, we may offer a partial reschedule at our discretion.

5. Dissatisfaction with a Session
If you are not satisfied with a session, please contact us within 24 hours. We review concerns case-by-case and may offer a partial or full refund or a free replacement session at our discretion.
